IMO the edge goes to Crosswise. First for his kitbashability (real word?) into G1 Jazz. And seond for his weapons being a realistic part of his ALT mode rather than just being funky add-ons that destroy the realism of the ALT mode. (though add-on weapons were all we had in G1, so I can't complain too much.)

downshift

Both are perfect examples of how awesome a transformer can truly be when HasTak actually tries to do a good job, but Downshift's transformation is just so much eaiser and less kibble free.

Cybertron Downshift:  The best NOT Wheeljack money can buy!

This one a toughy but I voted for Downshift. He has a much easier transformation plus the shoulder mounted guns and mini-con ports swayed my vote towards him. But Crosswise is a great figure too. I like the idea of a Cybertron bounty hunter and since we will never get a Devcon figure he's the next best thing. Save and buy 'em both

I like them both, though right now I only have Crosswise... I need to get Downshift! :clap

Same here.

I like Crosswise.  His posability factor rocks, and his alt mode has an optional spoiler/flame booster rocket.  And how can you beat a missile rack on a car no less than two missile racks that I'm pretty sure have surface to air abilities.  And he has a shield.  Now, if he just came with a sword, I'd be happy.

*thinks for a moment*...

They need to do a series where the figure are in essence just gladiators wielding just swords and shields...but alas, it'll never happen :tfsad

Or will it..... :tflaugh1

I'd give the edge to Downshift, thanks to his retro-funk factor. Crosswise is great too but lost a lot of points with me thanks to the way his kick panels sit in bot mode.

Thats the reason WHY I likes Crosswise.  :thumb Crosswise definately gets my vote.  Looks like the Spyhunter car and has the hidden missels that looks great in both modes.  An awesome toy.  :thumb

Downshift allows for Samuel L Jackson badassibility

He don't take no jive, and he has two guns

Save up for both and buy CD Scattorshot instead!!!1

I don't like Crosswise's head and I don't like his transformation. I do like Bugatti's so he gets one point. I hate tf'ing him because he just doesn't fit right. It's almost like you have to break him...

Downshift looks great and I'll get him as soon as I find him. He gets my vote :thumb

I'd be better off waiting until I find Downshift to make that decision.
