Would you consider A/E/C = G3/4/5 ?

Recommended Posts

I don't think of them as G anything.

G1 and G2 are established as "Generations".

Every other line already has another name to distinguish it.

There's really no reason to smush them all together.

If you had to divide them into generations, though, all the beast stuff would be 3, RiD would be 4, and A/E/C would be 5, IMO.

i got megatrons master plan g2 on tape. g2 toons did have a pretty cool opening.

for the last time, there is NO CONTINUITY between the G1 Universe and the ACE Universe. god, Hasbro really needs to clearify the whole continuity mess rather than leave it up to the fans because, given the choice, the fans will try to connect every damn series into G1.

Exactly right Hornet. C'mon, its praticaly impossible to conect Armada to Generation 1. Besides, I think its better that way. Dreamawave even proved it was in a different continuity, via the 'worlds collide' story arch. Which was damn good might I add!

dont compare G1 to be anywhere close to ACE being a continuity at all. Its a completly different series of their own. If anything, BW and BM must be the G3 together, same as how the post G1 japanese series(I.E Headmasters, Zone, etc) are included in there otherwise. of course theres G2 and then G3. Dont spill that crap as to ACE being after beast machines. Your just being rediculous.

Gen 1- the original.

Armada- is the new gen1 for the modern era..

Energon was its sequel.. so gen2

Cybertron(regardless what hasbro says) isn't apart of A/E... no direct connection from the cartoons... not the toylines.

RiD was Gen2 for Beast Wars era!

Apparently only a few here really know what's going on with all the series.

G1 is Generation 1.

G2 was a 12 issue comic book that actually had a direct relation to the G1 comic series and got it's start as a prelude in GI Joe. It's main design was to bring G2 toys to the market.

BW/BM was 300 years or so after Rebirth and due to the Transwarp Drive, that's set in the past. But it still pulled enough out of G1 to be considered G3. This series I think practically saved Transformers from certain doom.

RiD was a seperate case entirely and doesn't fit anywhere. Nice reintroduction to vehicles as well as some Beast Wars repaints.

Armada, once again, is seperate from the above storylines. Energon connects with Armada.

Cybertron...once again, seperate from everything else.

I won't even mention MAchine Wars.

Everything beyond BW/BM has their own stories of origin and own timelines. Stop tryingto connect them all.
