he's more posable than the original devastator, or any of the G1 combiners for that matter.

So what's the liklyhood of these eventially reaching Canada?

 

I never bothered with the Rid set so this'll be a cool chance to play catch up.

 

Also that totally screams Devastator. More so anyway than the Energon cinstructicon gestalt team imo.  :tftongue

i was pissed when i saw him in rid. a construction team gestalt... thats not devastator... and an autobot? as far as im concerned this is how they were supposed to release him.

cool to finaly see them in box in going tot he US in the summer so hopfully i will be able to get a set

Seriously the RiD Landfill/Car Robots Build King combiner team like alot of ppl. have already pointed out is one of the least posable and most irritating figures to put together, but when you finally get em put together and in their only pose they look pretty cool, esp. next to some of the other construction themed transformers.  As much as a headache as they are to transform properly i've been waiting for this release and will def. pick up a set.

 

Here's hoping hasbro gets on the ball and releases the micromaster repaint of sixwing (superion) before too long as well.

I don't know what Landfill you got, but I had no problems putting mine in all kinds of cool poses. I love the g1 combiners, but they are pure bricks in combined form.

Glad to see them. pity no europe release though

Think I'll give this one a pass.

 

Got the Landfill version (the nice WalMart one with the matching Yellow/AMber colours) and while the individual bots are pretty darned cool it's a pain in the rumpus merging them and I wasn't wild about the resulting gestault.

Last I heard, these would be club exclusives.  is that no longer the plan? :tfhuh

There is too much purple on these guys... they seem off...

And although gestalt is frustrating - the Wedge(?)/Bonecrusher figure is pretty satisfying
