Has anyone attempted this yet? Or are you waiting for Nemesis Prime to come out?

I plan to do this, but would like to see how the Swindle/Rollbar head fits on the mold (and I need to find at least one Alt PRime too!) Would love to have a Hoist as well!

super cool digibash, that looks great....#1 make it so

Before I head out for the night I thought I'd share a quick digibash of a kitbash I plan on doing once Alt Prime comes out.  Trailbreaker got screwed out of his Jeep form so what could be better for an alternate choice than a big black truck?   

 

I tried to follow the mould patterns so some things came out a little different than I wanted (the red hands).I figured once I get my hands on the Prime Alt, or see an unpainted prototype, I'll have a better idea of what needs to be painted what color, but for now here's the idea I'm going to be shootin' for.

See, this is exactly why Nemesis Prime needs to be mass-released. There could be so many sweet Trailbreaker and Motormaster customs made without having to do a full-on repaint. :)

And there'd be even less incentive to buy Alt Prime, which I doubt they want.

Alt. Prime seems to be selling just fine. As long as Nem. Prime isnt out at the same time, I'm sure it wouldnt be an issue. And like Swerve, Alt. Prime would then end up being super rare expensive and everyone would want him about 6 months from now.

I think about every kitbasher/repainter has the Trailbreaker idea going, myself included.  I REALLY like the idea of Hoist (one of the first and few TFs I had from the first two seasons when I was a kid) but I'm rather afraid of doing another full-body repaint.

 

Great digibashes up there.  I definitely plan to at least do Trailbreaker.

Hey my old post is active again. :)  If I could find me an Alt Prime I'd most likely attempt the Hoist since I'll be holding out hope Hasbro releases Nem Prime and he's not just some stupid convention exclusive.  Repaint a damn Cyb basic or something for an exclusive not an Alt.  Hasbro's just pissed Prime's been bashed so much and this is their way of getting back at us ungrateful fans.  :tflaugh

I'm going to go about it in a simple way.  I'm going to pick up a Rollbar (don't really need him except for the head), and then when Nemesis Prime comes out, I'll just swap heads and add a little red paint and some Autobot logos, and presto, a simpler Trailbreaker than completely painting an Alt. Prime (who when I pick up is instantly going to be called Ginrai).
