My 2-cents on this:

I don't think he meant "custom," but rather, "special ordered." From what I've read in the tfw2005 forum, sounds like this guy has connections to a plant in China with the tools to make the mold for the trailer (these are crappy drawings, btw, because production drawings require the trailer to be drawn in detail and in pieces, with precise measurements and tolerances - all in CAD format (I know because I was a design engineer for a while) plus the colour guide in which when the pieces are molded, the dye is then injected with the plastic to give it its final colour.

Not to call you a liar or anything, Dalianjj, but I don't think you've "made" this as you had claimed but rather, a middleman, i.e. a distributor/salesman who's trying to sell this to the people on the board on behalf of that plant in China.

I understand you guys still don't believe this is true.

This custom trailer is mold made just like the Justtoy's mp-01 trailer and the custom arcee.

I will send one of these to the administrator of tfw2005.com, he will post a gallery and a review of this trailer.

Time will prove every thing.

If I am just a middleman or salesman like you said, why no one else can sell it?

Ok now my 2-cents on this:

Oh my god some of you guys are complete dicks (especially WraithVerge) this guy has bent over backwards to show you guys something and your slamming him every step of the way! He has provided most of what you guys have asked for and you still don’t believe him. What’s not to believe! there’s photos, 3d models, prototypes and the finished product.... and you still think its a scam/ko/whatever. Please take every offence by this: you guys are dicks!

WraithVerge:

Its not a kitbash! Stop going on about it as though it is! Its something that this dude is getting mass produced. Your asking a whole bunch of retarded questions that you 'think' you know heaps about. He never even said it was a kitbash!

if it's molded, can we see pics of the molds?
and
at this size, how did you avoid the warpage that inevitably occurs in molded pieces of this size? Is it warped at all? And if so, how did you fix it?
unless he works at the factory (which he has never alluded to) how the f.. would he know stuff like that?

the trailer looks exactly like the pic on the box. is the box custom? And if so, how did you do the chrome lettering? it looks so professional.

The justtoys one came with a proper box, is it crazy to assume that maybe other people in the world can make them too?!? Have you not seen the hundreds of custom boxes that people make around that look amazing, his is like them except mass printed along with the product. Just a side note, chrome lettering is a printing process called foil stamping. Its simply treated as an extra colour pass during printing. It is possible in customs too! ..... but once again (cos you probably still don’t get it) its NOT a custom/kb.

Don’t get me wrong some of your questions were valid like asking for size comparisons etc, id also like to see  :thumb but when you throw them in amongst the ones that come across as attacks they seem to loose their validity.

Ultimate Megatron:

Are you just copying every other moron that’s stated "that looks the Korean knockoff", its not! read the rest of the threads and you’ll read the Korean one is much smaller!

Nope. The likeness to the original is dead on, and all he can provide to show he made it is a crappy 3d model. Something isn't kosher

That "crappy 3d model" just happens to be fantastic, he hasn’t rendered it which is why the preview looks kinda lo-fi and the optimus truck part is obviously just there for size/proportion purposes (no need to properly build that in 3d) and yes the whole point of it is to make it exactly the same(dead on) as the original, that part is definitely not hard to re create in a 3d programme, just need original trailer and a ruler.

Weirdo:

Ultimate dumbass. Just agreeing with everyone else doesn’t count as a worthy post.

So basically to all of you guys being so negative towards this dude, get a life(especially WraithVerge)... your not usually this much of a prick... in fact your usually pleasant and very helpful. Maybe you just need to come down from your high horse for a while, then join the conversation when you’ve got your facts all sorted.

Edit for sp and rephrasing

umm. my initial thought was that the wholw thing was a digibash. not even remotely real. the everything writen on the box doesnt look like it belongs there. and if one tried hard enough he could take a pic of the g1 trailer and put it on mp prime.

In steps one of the "oh its just photoshop" guys.... ill be straight up, your one of the other ones that pisses me off. Do you use photoshop? Im a graphic designer, I know photoshop back to front and yes its possible, but it takes a lot of time. It'd actually be faster and easier to physically make the mockup of the box etc than to create a photoshoped one. Theres nothing in the provided images that suggest any kind of 'photoshop' shenanigans... but hey, prove me wrong. My answer for you is don't cry "photoshop" unless you know what your on about.

Also when you say initial thought, have you had a different thought since then? What is your thought now?

I think it's cool. I've looked at the pics here and at the pics via the link that WRX provided.

As far as the box, if you look close enough, you can see the outline of the "covers" on the box.  Sureshot has made some sweet looking boxes, so why cant this person do it too?

As far as the trailer, I think that it's pretty cool looking. Why say this person can't do something of this magnitude? I've been blown away buy some other peoples work, and lets not forget TFMaster's Optimus, that was insane! Nobody "questioned" that work of art.

And as Siburke posted it is available on Ebay, just like he said it would be. Let's give "D" a chance before this is just dismissed as a fake.

I say great work!  :thumb

Looks good To me.  Too pricey for me personally, but definitely cool.  I agrwee with LittleRobot.co.nz about the folks who just seem to want to heap negativity on this thread talking about subjects they don't have a full understanding of.  I can't speak for the 3d models, but I don't think anything else is photoshopped (the box, or the pictures) and just graduated with a degree in Photography and I know a fair deal about Photoshop and doctoring images.
