Yeah, this stuff is pretty sad actually... my brother has been a UO junkie for years and estimates he could sell off his account for $1500-2000 because of all the special items he's gotten for being a member so long.  I think all those games are ridiculously time-consuming and not that much fun besides.

That's kind of like being able to buy message board posts on eBay... :tflaugh

:schin

Hmmm.... Maybe I should put my banned Allspark account(s) up for sale on ebay...

Oh and this has been happening for Diablo II as well. There are even websites for them. I HAVE ERASED THEIR ADDRESSES FROM MEMORY! DAMN THOSE BOTS LIKE VRG_III THAT COME INTO GAMES AND POST ADS THAT I END UP DYING BECAUSE THEIR TEXT FILLS UP THE SCREEN AND I CANT SEE THE ENEMIES!

There is a good article about the same thing in the current issue of Fortune magazine.

Wait... people still /play/ UO? I mean sure, Ultima 7 was the best game ever made... but UO was... not?

And the thing that is /truly/ ghey here is the using of ebay auctions to advertise another store site that sells something quasi-illegal. Doesn't that violate 2or 3 different ebay policies?

Oh, and don't deny that U7 is the best ever. Even if you disagree with me... somehow you still agree with me. You're just gonna have to trust me on that.
