Most of the non-Seibatron planets in GF don't have factions. They're just transformers.

He's from Planet X, along with Soundwave. I think the oddball carefree attitude was just a smokescreen so that nobody knew what he was up to. Their one and only plan is to gain revenge on Gigalonia for... well I don't know how to do those little spoiler/hide spoiler things.........

The fight against the vanguard team was cool, using Killer Condor's smokescreen and alot of psychological warfare, confussing and getting into the vanguards' heads. Lost in the end.

don't think it is the last of them or their plot either.

damn I thought it was going to be a spoiler for the whole planet x thing.....

so when did sound wave break from megatron and why.

also sound waves alt mode seems tohave some empty spaces on it.....is this a thing where noizemaze connects to sound wave in some way?

oh yeah....spoiler or not what the hell is planet X and what happened to it. How is it that sound wave survived along with noizemaze and the rambles?

he's probably a badass in both GF and Cybertron ( when they use their keys) :tfevil

I like em. I don't know if every one has played Devil May Cry 3, but he reminds me of the Jester character. He reminds me of an evil Demonic, Satan type character. Some one who knows more than they're telling and they're just twisting events in thier own favor.

Ok, here's the spoiler:

Planet X went to war with Gigalonia a long time ago. They used their ultimate weapon against Gigalonia, but something went wrong and their home planet was destroyed. Thus do the remaining PLanet X transformers (so far just Noizemaze and Soundwave [which by the way, I prefer the names to be, as the names are connected] have been shown) seek revenge against Gigalonia for their lost planet. Even though they started the war :roll

This isn't G1.  Soundwave has no past affiliation with Megatron in Galaxy Force.

As for the second question, no.  I'm not even quite sure what empty spaces you're referring to, as nothing looks like an obvious connection point or anything, just gaps in hinges.  Unless you're referring to his weapon mounts...
