I just dropped $60,000 on an E-Ironhide. It should be pretty sweet, I got it off EBay. I would post a link but I don't want anybody outbidding me.

I have a few items that I should've been killed by my wife buying.

 

1. MIB Original G1 Stepper $935

2. Japanese MIB Fort Max $800 shipped

3. MIB Grand Maximus $750  at CYbercon

4. MIB Black Zarak $600

5. MISB #49 MISB Jap Shockwave $550

 

I have a bunch of MIB / MISB pieces that range $125- $400 . Trying to save but If some broke out a Twin Cast I'd probably be a sucker and get it. :tfhuh

 

These are my top 5.  Sadly Im currently working on Big Powered and Guard City. Im trying to save and not use my CC but teptation a motherF. :tfsad

I bought my Fort Max's in 99 when they were going for about 500 loose. I bought one that had all of the parts minus grommet but was yellower than Scott Farkas's eyes. I paid about 360. I then bought another one at a show that was whiter than the PGA tour for about 150. I ordered a Grommet from somewhere in Canada for about 40 shipped (=suck). I played around with the concept of being a badass with two Fort Max's for a while but then wised up, merged the two into one kickass bot, then managed to trade the junker at a show for complete specimens of Hardhead, Chromedome, Brainstorm, Highbrow, Mindwipe, andWierdwolf. Sucker!!

 

There was one show in 2001 that I went to and I was carrying 300 dollars. The show opened at 10am. I was towards the front. When they opened the doors, I went in and turned left towards the first booth. All 5 Predacons MISB. "How much?" "300" "Sold" Then I left at 10:01 opened them and put on all of the stickers. I think I even violated my pants as well. Fun day.

 

By the way, does anyone want to buy the boxes?
