Evac

Recommended Posts

I was pleasantly surprised to find Cybertron Evac (actually, two of him), at my SuperTarget in Aurora, CO today. :)

I've played with him a bit......and wow, what a fantastic figure. He's definitely in the top 3 of my favorite Cybertron figures, and I have most of them, save for the latest waves. I'd term it a tossup between him, Optimus Prime, and Hot Shot as the best.

I like his transformation........not complicated at all. While it isn't too complicated, it is very good at hiding the robot when in Alt mode. He is fairly hefty for a Voyager sized figure......well, what I mean to say is that he feels heavier than he looks.

Colors.....probably the weakest part of the figure. I know it's a rescue helicopter, so bright colors would make sense in the real world.......it's the baby blue that bothers me more.

Size? As you can see in the pics, he's a bit smaller than Vector Prime......but cripes, Vector Prime is more Ultra sized in reality.

I guess one of the reasons I like him so much is that the first transformer I remember having been bought for me was Sandstorm, the G1 Triplechanger. His head is particurally nice as well, as is his chest.

Overall? I'd say 8.5 out of 10. :) Highly reccomended.

man, what a shrimp(for a mega). i wish Takara would stop fudging around and make a conscious effort to fit the toys into the american size-classes.

^ Hey, i'd rather have this than an oversized inarticulate version of Starscream... Oh wait. :tflaugh

indeed

i prefer to flip the missiles on his back up to match the way his gimmick works in GF, so he could aim at something

It's Voyager Class, which is why it's roughly the same size as Vector Prime.

Cool I hope to find him tommorrow...

I have good luck...pics look good...

Target is awesome they get stuff to shelves very quickly...
