Well, when megatron gets to Unicron...unicron says he Summoned him there. I always assumed since Unicron was so powerful he some how affected astrotrains ability to fly, or manipulated him totally. It seems like it was Unicrons doing to me.

I always thought Unicron said that just to make himself sound powerful.

I donno...if he is powerful enough to reformat and reanimate life....I think he could change the course of events of astrotrains flight back to cybertron.

I see your point, but creating a new body is much easier than affecting events from a distance.  I mean, why persuade starscream to throw a beaten up Decepticon to you to reformat when you could persuade an autobot to shoot Ultra Magnus.

Well, comic Unicron (albeit a god rather than Primacrons biatch) inserted the subliminal message that lead to the creation of Autobot city, leading Megatron to his fight with Prime, and thus his coming to his grasp, allowing him to create Galvatron.

Well for some totally obscure reason that i dont care to even try and work out, he actually wanted Galvatron to rebel against him  :wtf

ofcourse, for that brief period where Galvatron was under his command, he did do some useful things, and then did the whole manifest destiny thing by going back in time.

In this case, why didn't Unicron just kill HotRod by just thinking it. The second the bot were in range Uni should have made thier head explode.
