Not very long, actually.

 

I got the MP Prime from Weirdo, who put a light coat of black paint on him, with some (not very much) teal on the torso and fore arms.

 

I added a second coat of black, and added the teal and silver details with the decepticon symbol on the shoulder.

 

All in all, I would say about two days of off and on tinkering and touching up. The Sharpie paint markers really do a great job, too! Very clean with no streaks...  :thumb

I love the "evil prime" concept of Scourge.

please go to Ken's Repro parts page and order a set of the full length set of smoke stacks...the other Decepticons will laugh at him being 1/2 the bot Prime is...

 

I await the day I find a semi junker prime like that at the flea market or in some junk lot so I may do the same, or else the blue version...

I actually ordered the long smokestacks from ebay already... I am just waiting for them to come in. I also painted the thighs silver to match the paint scheme as suggested....

 

I'll post updates after the stacks come in.  :thumb

Awesome, but after painting my Magnus, I don't think I'll ever do another version of this Prime.
