I have learned to always open flaps on toys. I remeber seeing reissue megatron and soundwave in my local FP near those lame mega SCF toys. Guess what?. I passed them off as specila boxed set SCF toys. ARGH :tfmad . For one I couldn't care less about the lengths of various things, except maybe starscreams cluster bombs. Nearly every truck I see in real life has short stacks. My opinion is that people should stop moaning about slightly resized things, its not like they coloured him pink and renamed him Transvestitimus Prime. For one I'd rather buy him in my local shop with minorly shortened stacks than wait weeks and spend more money and risk him being damaged in postage just to get about 2 cm of chrome plastic.

No, it's so the stupid don't impale themselves then sue the company for their own stupidity. The companies couldn't care less about the well-being of even the stupidest of their customers. It's all about avoiding financial loss due to said stupid customers. ;)

This idea about Hasbro being Deceptive is just silly. Products change all the time. It's apparent that they decided to go with the just silver Bluestreak too late to change the packaging to represent it. That's all.

for those of you out there who insist on moaning about optimus's stacks, go back and watch the old G1 episodes---they are not huge on the cartoon, and in fact vary in size from episode to episode......

You folks don't know your Transformers history. The box art you're complaining about is the box art that came with Bluestreak when he was originally released back in 84. Beyond that, it's the original Diaclone box art. IF they didn't change it then, and much of the purpose of this is a COMMEMORATIVE series, why wouldn't they use as much of the things that went with the original as possible?

The packaging should reflect what is inside. Enough said.
