:eek

It's just sooooooooooooo beautiful :drool

Ever since I first learned of Transtech I've wanted to see the figures produced. It hurts so badly that they (probably) never will be  :tfsad

Show us everything you have. We'll just eat it all up!

hopfully, with Takara calling it quits with the tf business, Hasbro will now have more freedom when it comes to the tf design process instead of being limited to the japanese's rather discrimnatory tastes. hell, i bet hasbro doesn't even want tf's to have semi-realistic vehicle modes since it's a hassel with licsening. "Robots in Disguise" have always been more of Takara's thing.

They're takiing ab reak, not quiting. :roll it'll probably be like the Generation 2 to BM days where Hasbro does most of the work, anmd takara jus talters the final product for their needs.

Edit: Quote from the thread where the info originally came from:

- Hasbro is definately looking into bringing production on the animated shows back to North America, because TAKARA IS TAKING A BREAK FROM TRANSFORMERS FOR A WHILE. Whoa.

and who else knew about this? am i the only one completely in the dark on this one? i had no idea there were plans to follow up on bm. let alone prototypes. if theres a proto on primal/prime i wanna see it. also and finished transformation of cheetor. but i will say that the starscream proto doesnt exactly ressemble him much. not like it matters however. its more than amazing. that and all the concept art seemed very evangelian'esq. and the thinner silverbolt with the sword was to die for.

Yes, you ARE the only one in the 'dark on this one'.  Transtech has been known for years, and lately it has been a very popular subject around the fandom.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

It was known about but largely speculated, only the Starscream proto had been seen.  It will all be coming out soon ;)

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

when? for what line?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

whoops, you misunderstood my poorly defined words ;) I meant what was ready in the line will be popping up on Behindthetoys.com not actually being released ;)

Sorry about that ;)

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

awww

More Cheetor to come and Takara pics at that. Anyone with questions on the line I would advise to post directly on Robs site, I am sure he will answer them.

The answer is yes, I have more Cheetor in store for your viewing pleasure.  A couple of images that are seldom seen for any toyline.  What's better it's Takara and not Hasbro! 8>)

I have to check out some of the artwork floating about, but from what I can gather it's all for the tv show and not the toyline (although I don't follow TF so someone can correct me later when I post the next images).  The images I will show are all for the toyline only and not for the tv.

Can I get more information about other segments of the toyline?  It's all who you know. 8>)  I'll inquire into it for you.  It never hurts to ask. 8>)  Stay tuned.

Is it me, or are the showed transformation step of Cheetor and Starcream incomplete?

Cheetor yes, Starscream no, Screamer's is just numbered differently than Cheetor's.
