No thats what they did. Megatron ordered the three dayglow seekers in that picture to attack an autobot group on Cybertron with Acid Rain. Somehow Chip Chase isn't effected by the acid(while the autobots are) and saves the day.

Wasn't the teal one fandubbed "Raindance"?  I'm sure the dull purple one often seen also has some better name than Hasbro game 'em in the OTFCC 6-pack: "Decepticon Warrior"  Yeah, real creative.  :redface
