Ironically, I found him and Brakedown at the Kohl's at El Camino and Lawrence whilst searching for LOCs - which they didn't have.  (They only put out one case of Scout class figures so there aren't any more, I'm betting the remainders will shelfwarm for some time - it probably isn't worth heading over there very often unless you live nearby.)

Well with all US exclusives we get the impression that they will be shortpacked or rare, but look at Hartop, at first it was impossible for me to find him at the stores around me, and now I cant seem to walk into a store and not find one.  Hell the TRU on Westheimer had Three the other day and they usually have one of the worst assortments in stock.  So give it time and you will have no problem finding him. 

 

Dark Scorpi is not as rare as you think either, on my trips around town over the weekend I saw one at three of the 4 stores I stopped at.  So if he is short packed he is not in high demand.

Dark Scorp's probably going to be not that rare since people probably got tired of seeing his Energon version showing up in every single freakin' Energon Ultra assortment.

i hate put "rare","mint","mib""vintage"etc, this words on poor stuff.

 

IMO, only unused MIB g1 can tell vintage or mint etc...
