I much prefer the Alt version of Streaks.  The black stripes and red biceps add some much-needed detail to break up the straight yellow and black.  I don't care about the figures one way or another.  If I wanted my Alts to have drivers I'd go to the hobby store and pick up some realistic 1/24 guys to put in them.  I only hope Red alert and Broadcast make it to the States as Alts like Streaks will.

I might get both and swap the biceps. I wish the BTA had Black stipes but his bot mode color scheme is undeniably superior to the Alt version. Specifically the forearms, chest, thighs and feet. Oh yeah, and the shiny metal yellow paint job.

i have to say these look cool...will only be getting sunstreaker...had my fill of the wrx's even if it is an sti. and what's this I hear about people switching their sideswipes around so the backof his bot mode is his front? That sounds like it would look bad.

If you look closely you'll see other added bonus details the the Alt doesnt have. like silver coil paint on foot, yellow shin detailing and red crotch paint.

Sunstreaker looks a little flat to me.. but I've said that before. I'm definetly going to go with the alt renditons this time around. Red alert is dicey. I know a lot of us would probably say the same, that his should of been Prowl, and the acura should of been Red. Ahh well. They really should of done Trailbreaker instead of another Subaru.
