The satan which you are thinking of is a christian corruption of the god pan, used to convert people who worshipped pan to christianity. "Look, you can be a Pan worshipper, or you can worship God"

"Eh, our god has horns and goat feet "

"Well we have one too, as well as our other god plus you will get salvation"

"Sounds like a good deal, consider us converted"

The thing about Prime being Jesus appears to me to be utter nonsense. Its not that god can be found in anything, its that most storylines are based around about 9 different base storylines which are used in nearly every story in the world including the Bible. Unicron is no more satan than any other vaguely demonic character in the world.

well sharkticonQueen, if you want to get technical, satan was a beautiful creature... he doesn't have horns, a tail...

Yeah, in my understanding satan is a fallen angel, so he would be beautiful (like his portrayal in the Passion of the Christ).

At least everyone seems to be in agreement that Unicron does, in fact, look evil. :tflaugh

Haha! Well for Optimus they could make him bald and put a cigar in his mouth then he'll look like Winston Churchill! :tflaugh

Well before the fall he was beautiful. The Angel Of Light. Most beautiful of all angels. But he was arrogant and took a third of the angels with him.

As for evolution... theory that is constantly changing. Fact is Jesus did die. and He died for you madman. If you were the only person in the world He still would have done it. But to accept Him or not is your choice. God is a gentleman in that aspect. He respects us and has given us free will.

And about Unicron looking like the usual depicted "Satan", I've thought the same myself.

:thumb if anyone has any questions you can pm me too.

God Bless

i never said there wasn't a jesus. he was just a man nothing more. obviously he died. that happens when a bunch of lunatics nail you to a cross. he was one of hundreds of thousands to die in that manner. why did he die? because he ticked off the wrong people, which in that time wasn't that hard to do, so they killed him. the end result was a martyr, thats all he is.

none of the stories of the bible were written by people who were alive during the time of jesus, stories told over time change become exaggerated, and in the case of jesus it took on a whole new meaning. factor in the numerous edits and rewrites to the bible, other writings the church doesn't want anyone ever reading and you have one neatly manufactured crock of bull!

as for science, like us humans, it continues to evolve. our understanding of how we came to be will become more and more clear as our ability to understand improves. right now we are in infantile race, broken up in petty squabbles over how people worship, or don't, whatever imaginary entity they happen to belive.

if i screw up my life horribly, it's my fault, i take the hit. if i pick myself up and live to make a difference, i'll do it because i did it, i saved myself. it's a bit of a thing called taking personal responsibility. we live in a pass the buck world and the bible fits right in.

ancient egyptian and greek gods came and went, one day we'll grow up as a race and be able to leave the childish concept of religon in the past once and for all. it may take another 1000 years, but it has to happen. if not, it's not the wrath of god thats gonna take us out, it's those damn religous extremists that will do it.

the devil never needed his own bible, the holy bible did more than a good enough job of spreading plenty of hate, deceit, and death around the world than anything anyone else could have written for him. same goes for the rest of them. :tflaugh

...the good book...yeah right!!!

Madman, I've said it once before, and I'll say it again: Your beliefs are just that -your beliefs. I'm happy that you seem so confident in them, and I respect your right to believe whatever you feel is true. Why can't you do the same for the rest of us? The topic of this forum is "Do you think Unicron looks like Satan?", not "Give us your opinion on religion." Whether or not you believe in Satan, God, or religion in general is not the issue here. Your condescending tone and inflammatory statements aren't going to convince anyone of anything. In fact, you sound an awful lot like one of those "religious extemists" that you have such a problem with.

i always put unicron as an evil creature but not immortal, like primus, as both can be killed, as they both did die in the marvel comic line, the 'dark god' line was an overstatment but niether were immortal, they are opposites of each other, inverses

look time for calc2!

Snowman's got it right - I had to stay with my in laws for 6 months (my house caught on fire , but I swear that staying with them was HELL!!!) :tfhuh

I agree with Fattimus Prime. :tflaugh This is not the forum for such a discussion.

It all has to do with FAITH....Either you have it or you don't. This is a discussion on a forum about fictional characthers made of metal, can we keep it at that? :tfevil

Well Unicron is really evil...but I don't really thinks he looks much like me.

Oh! or uh...like Satan. Yes. Not me. Satan. uh...[runs away]

Am I the only one who thinks 'Primacron' sounds like an entity that was split into Primus and Unicron?

I agree with all of you for the most part. It makes complete sense to make him look like that. And I also think him and Primus were once a single being. I mean the names "Uni"cron and "Primus" kinda give it away. heeheehee
