Did this over the weekend using a KO Sideswipe. Its more of a trial so got some unpainted parts. Not too happy with the head so might redo it next time. But for now he'll stay as is  :tfgrin

i didnt think any existing mold would make a good one but i must admit that is the best hot rod kitbash ive seen yet how is he transformed i dont think ive seen that way before but maybe i think this is so great b/c hot rod is my all time fav character

I am just gonne say it straight.....thats is probably thee single best hotrod custom i have ever laid eyes upon...so clean, simple, precise....absolutly awsome...i have no complaints....even the head suits it perfectly

what do the back fins do in viper mode?

By the way it is still "Transformable". The chest doesn't get in the way and the wings just swings inward and is hidden underneath the car in alt mode. I have no alt mode pics for now and to be honest, the car mode is exactly like Sideswipe's. Why? Because am still deciding between coloring it like the Copperhead Viper and the Red Stripped Coupe.
