As a kid, all I wanted was Metroplex.  I had this idealized vision of him being ginormously huge.  Ten years later, when I'm in 7th grade or something, I get him and later that year I get Metrotitan!  Both MIB!  What a year.  After that my goal became owning a Victory Sabre.  And I did.  Starsabre at Botcon one year, Victory Leo at the next one, both MIB.  I've gotten excited about figs since then, but none of them at that level.  So Metroplex and Victorysabre are my two most precious figs.  (Red Exillion is high on my list but mostly because I just got him and I didn't think I would)

G1 Megatron

 

I bought a reissue and price was not an issue. That's when you know you gotta have it.

Mine would be my "dark master": G1 Megatron because of how controversial, how expensive and how difficult he is to obtain.... even in bootleg form. I have other TFs I want to obtain with my Spark but he would be one worthy of the tag. :Dc

Well jsut snagged one half, which is Jetfire with his armor.  Not a show accurate figure at all, but I love the Valk mold:)  Got him for under 100 in good condition to so i'm pretty happy.

 

Now looking for Blacker to complete my Road Caeser, not so much a grail as a need to have the complete set.

I keep telling myself the same thing.

Well, the obvious obligatory Fort Max, of course...

 

But my oddball "grail" item would be one that I doubt many people would even be willing to pay for...

 

I want a C9-C10 Mint, sealed on card G1 Throttlebot Chase.

 

Not because it's an awesome toy or anything, but my son is named Chase (I had no part in his naming, but that's a story for another thread... :redface ) and I would love for the centerpiece of my collection to be a perfect condition sealed Transformer that bears the name of my firstborn son. 

 

THAT would be the most prized possession in my collection, if I ever find one.

One of mine used to be Original boxed Micromaster Japan gestalt groups...had people far and wide asking if I'd sell em (bought rather cheap back in the day, simply because I saw them and REALLY LIKE THEM...and I could not afford a Raiden set...)

Used to be certain variant colored Diaclone cars...just about all the ones I own have been remade so foiled again!

My new Holy Grail is none other then Galaxy Convoy, both the normal sized one and the THS one.  Anyone who has one and is willing to let go of it, I'd be happy to take it off your hands. :tftongue

Never had a TF Holy Grail. If I want it I know I'll eventially find it.

 

Today I finally found Cybertron Optimus Prime after 2 and a half months of searching. I felt the same as when I finally found Armada Supermode Prime only unlike then this wasn't a major disappointment and well worth the money. :thumb
