Just gonna toss some information out on this topic.

 

William (TFMaster) will be sending me a few heads (customs and originals, I don't know which yet) for molding. Idealy 2 of each makes molding and reproducing easier and quicker. So if someone was to send the top 5 for now, I'm sure they'll match up to what William is sending me. He is also covering the costs of the molding for the heads he's sending. Now, if I knew you all would pay $10.00 US a head ($7.50 for solid colors), I can take on some of the other heads molding costs and give William a better deal as he's loaning them out to get extra heads but also so you all can have access to extra heads as well. Thanks William  :thumb you have a good heart.

 

As for custom heads, only what you guys/gals send me (outside of what William is sending for customs) can/will get done. I'm not a customizer, I just make KO's ;) . So ask your favorite customizer to send in his custom head for reproducing if you want it or make one to send in.

 

Lastly, pertaining to just custom heads sent in by TFMaster for reproducing, they'll only be available through his website as exclusives as he is footing the bill on them. They'll be listed on my site but sales for them will go through William (www.transtopia.com). Much like an upcoming item that will be available only on auction at TFAuctions.

Now, on a side note, understand that we aren't really doing this for ourselves we are doing this for you fans/kitbashers.

 

In the beginning any money we do make off this little venture will do 2 things.

 

1:Cover the cost of what we spent just to make this happen cause we love you nutty people.

2: Any extra cost will in the end no doubt be use just to fund more future projects and cover their costs.

 

In the beginning we really won't be making squat off this people so be happy. Your voices were heard and we are answering out of our own pockets.

The only reason I`d want a Deadend head would be for an Alt Mirage from an F1 Series race car as the G1 Sunstreaker and Mirage heads were very similar.

Ok, I can only send 2 of each of the following.

 

2 Tracks

2 Tigatrons (Custom)

2 Swerves

2 Decepticharges

2 Deadends/Sunstreakers

2 OTFCC Fembot heads

 

The rest will only have one head supplied.

 

Pachaging for said Heads and Hydrospan will be aquired today as well as packaged up and ready to go for tomarrow.

 

I'd like if he got them as soon as possible.

 

Also, Ken, if at all possible I would like all the original heads sent back as soon as possible when done making the molds. Try not to keep them too long as my Alts look funny with all their heads missing. (Kinda look like Shockwave made all the TF's dead again...lol)

is it just me or is this lil hobby of ours growing bigger and bigger?

All I care about is getting some of the Alt heads remade so that everyone can buy em.  not out to make a buck, just wanna make things easy and get em DONE.

 

The Sunstreaker head I wanted for the red sunstreaker or possibly the police car viper (but that's not a good idea since there ain't any police convertables now are there?)  Or else the simple Yellow Tracks swap. 

 

If the price and avaliability of the coming sunstreaker toy, with the lady driver and all that crap brings it into the $100 or so mark for a Japan only import...the heck with that I'll make my own thanks! 

 

What ever else is needed, I can donate.  Think Smokescreen and or Streaks head needs an extra. 

 

How's this gonna work buying stuff through you TFmaster? 

 

I don't care about profits, just want the molds made, and the parts available. 

 

Sooner or later, stripped "Bodies" of Alternators will start showing up on Ebay and in marts as "PARTS" and it'll be real sweet to kitbash em with models and what not, with finishing touches like the repro heads available.

Well, my further experiments with sculpting have turned sour; an attempt to mold the back of Smokes' head has resulted in a subpar and unusable piece. I'm either going to have to find some harder materials (as I expected from the begining) and try actually carving the pieces.

Um, the BTA Sunstreaker toy is priced at $4 more than a regular BT, and the prototype  for its Alternators version has already popped up on Ebay and San Deigo ComicCon.

 

*Wants some of whatever sweet grass Backfire is smokin'* :P
