What Happened to Snarl in TF: The Movie?

I swear he was the robot that fell into the acid vat before Daniel was able to drop the lid. The other dude looked like Ratchet too...

  • 2 weeks later...

Another reason that I'm totally confused is that they are both citys so they should be the same size.

That doesn't make any sense. Cities do vary is size, after all.

Well, another way to look at it... Metroplex was built as Autobot City, whereas Fort Max was made out of a nebulon city.  Last I checked Autobots were inherently larger than nebulons.  Plus, Metroplex wasn't used all that often, while Fort Max was a major character in the japanese series.  This also would make sense as Metroplex would just be too large, and would cause major collateral damage when used, which is why he was used as a last resort.  Fort Max, if he was smaller, would have been able to be used much more frequently without the risk of larger collateral damage to those the autobots are trying to protect.  I know everyone wants Fort Max to be bigger just because he was the largest TF toy ever made, but common sense says that Fort Max would have been smaller than Metroplex.  The question would be how much smaller...

But the animie showed Fort max as being bigger. THats proof enough for me.

Yeah someone should do a "why is there confusion over the size of fortress maximus and brave maximus.

Brave Maximus>Fortress Maximus>Grand Maximus>Metroplex.

The question should be: How incredibly messed up is it to have a city turn into a robot? I mean, what does he do all day? Sit there and be a city? How boring! And what sentient being would want to be built strictly for the purpose of being someone's house? (Or in this case, several hundred people's houses?) And then there's the whole "Look at me! I'm half-a-mile tall in 'bot mode!" problem. Ooooo, if Fort Max or Metroplex were BW characters, do you think they'd turn into a jungle, or (gasp) a mountain? OK, I was being a brat with that last one.

Well Fortress Maximus spends moast his time as Fortress(Fort Max's headmaster),Metroplex spends moast his time as Sixgun and Scamper.
