FWIW I saw a single Wreck-Gar at Target in Rosemont, IL, about a month ago, but I passed on him as he seemed very small for a Voyager. I've since learned that he is apparently larger than he appears in robot mode, and that I'm a dope for not getting him. Truth hurts'd.
