BTW if you think about it, the organic purge is more about Megatron's self-loathing than anything else. Cybertron *was* a techno planet already. The organics were brought back to Cybertron by Megatron as much as by the Maximals.

and megatron eventually managed to seperate himself from it (but then realised that being bodiless he couldn't fight) i think megatron hated the fact that he lost the beast wars and so shifted that hatred to the whole of organics.

Megatron took credit for separating his beast "half" from his robot "half" but it actually happened during the plasma energy / key to vector sigma poo-storm at the end of Season 1. Megatron's body was destroyed except for the organics - hence why it crumbled into dust rather than just falling apart like Tankor's did. His "bodiless-ness" happened later when Nightscream depolarized his spark.

This whole thread makes me want to go read Schrodinger's Cat for some reason.

In the US Prime and his G1 Buds are retiered in Jw'wan(Reaching the omegapoint and some othere short story that I forget the name of) The Concel of Elders is made up of Magnaboss and the non-show Maximal Fuzors(Universe #3).

 

In Japan, scence the matrix was refilled by Alpha Trions Spark in Headmasters, its still active. Convoy Split up the mqrix in to many smaller and less powerfull fragments, the Fragments are aworded to Cybertron(Mamimal) commanders when they ern the title of Convoy(Such as Beast Convoy, Lio Convoy, Lio Junior, Big Convoy, Crow Convoy, Convobat, and Great Convoy) The  japenese Equiviolent of the Concel of Elders is the Convoy Concel wich is led by Great Convoy.

 

The Beast Era Matricsies were not nearly as powerfull as the G1 Matrix, in G1 it took 1 Matrix to take down a planet, in BWII it took 2 Matricies and alot of Melle fighting to take down an Aircraft Carrior transformer.

In TFTM and Starscream had a crown and cape - it worked cause the whole point was that the scene was "bad comedy"

Besides, Starscream and his planet sized ego - had spent a lot of time on earth by that point and absorbed some human customs

ok, let me see if i can porperly phase this.

 

If megatron was all about restoring tf's technological purity, then it stands to reason that he would purge the tf's bodies of all organic elements and give them purely technological bodies. instead, he purged the tf's of their bodies altogether and stored their sparks in little cannisters.

 

now again, how is a disembodied spark in a little cannister considered "technologically purified"? it seems more like it was purified of all its technology rather than just the organic bits.

They messed up the entire Matrix thing in Beast Wars anyways. I mean come on, would you really trust Primal to light the darkest hour, when HE BROKE THE FRIGGIN MATRIX!! :wtf

He didn't break the Matrix.  In fact, that wasn't even THE Matrix.  The dialogue states that the Spark has a Matrix with it, and the writers have said that the casing wasn't the Matrix.  They didn't have enough money to make the Matrix and Spark Chamber separate.
