Lighting Beast Machines Darkest Hour

Recommended Posts

I wonder how long it would have taken megs to infect a planet, steal all the sparks and store them with no assistance, but drones.  I always assumed that decades upon decades passed between the end of BW and BM

does it ever say how far into the future the warp actually sent the maximal ship?

Megatron dropped out of transwarp space before the Maximals reached Cybertron. They got back at the right "time" but everything was changed b/c Megatron had already been there for who knows how long.

Which creates MASSIVE continuity problems with BW episodes like "The Agenda" if you think about it. :D

I don't want to think about it.

*thinks about it*

It's actually a fun thing to think about. If Megatron arrived on Cybertron before Ravage was sent back in time, then Ravage *would* never have been sent back in time.... For that matter, what if Megatron got back to Cybertron before the Axalon had ever left on its science mission....?

DUN DUN DUNNNN!!!!!

The matrix wasnt opened because the whole beast series blew and the writers didnt have enough brains to put anything good in it.  The fact that tha autobots had gone to *organic forms* was bad enough.  We were lucky to get the ark and visions of actual good autobots in the series.  As for the lack of the matrix, i can only hope that somewhere a real PRIME or perhaps Star Saber has the matrix safely tucked away from the grime that is beast wars.  And yes.... i was rooting for megatron the whole series... especially in Beast Machines!!!!!

now... get this organic filth outta here!  :thumb

The Maximal upgrade wasn't an upgrade to 'organic forms', it was an upgrade to downsize and conserve energy.  Only in BW we got about 10 TF's that went organic cuz they were on prehistoric Earth.  The techno-organic part of BM was only temporary, as Transtech was to return to the technological area again.

actually thats incorrect, amazingly even tho i hated BW i watched it all.  there were other maximal units on other planets exploring I.E. botanica from BM got her form from the planet she was on.  Even Ravage came from the Predicon council.  Most all of cybertron however was still full bot.

or what if megatron got back before the organic filth was created and we had new characters based on much better alt forms and technology to have a show with teh characterization of BW and non-techno-organic technology???

Ravage was a 'beast' already anyway so using him as an example is completely absurd.  The TF's that were on Cybertron were most likely vehicular, while exploration teams 'blended in' however they could.

I don't get where he's wrong about what he posted......... Ravage was 100% techno despite the kitty head (hey, the rest of them have human heads)... and he just said that the organic stuff happened off-world out of necessity.......

P.S. don't make me start another anti-GeeWun tirade because Me Grimlock's head would explode.

....errr becuase BW/BM suck? :P

(Have never seen the show but do conceed it cannot possibly be as bad as Armada and Energon ;))

Well "Megatron" is smart enough to be dilligent with what time stream he meddled with - so, regardless of when he returned, he could have allowed the events of the "axalon", "BW" and "Agenda" to happen so that the world was proper for his *NEXT* move which included the trapping of sparks and poking holes in jars, and much gnashing of teeth
