I think megatrons original form is awesome....nothing more to say about that, however I do think something more realistic would be better and has been better in other lines. I really like the energon megatron. I think he is best suited in a huge ass Plane of Destruction!  A tank is ok, but robot modes from tanks tend to be blocky and not so cool looking as that from a plane IMO. I know a Plane/Jet megatron would clash with starscream? but who really cares...there will always be a size difference between them as toys and in the show that will hopefully keep them apart.

This is not a good way to get attention MG. Though attempting to piss almost  everybody off may be fun on your behalf, the rest of us have already have already beaten this horse dead numerous times. No matter how it starts it'll all end the same. Some will prefer Megatron a handgun and others will prefer a tank or whatever is optioned on the poll. There's simply no changing a members opinion so something like this quickly becomes redundant and forgotton till the next person decides to again beat it to death.

Not to come off as super pissed off about this but the last time this surfaced was frustrating as hell and I'm not about to reargue this again.

 

For the record Megatron's already been confirmed as a tank and there is little anybody can say or do that will change it. Either except it as is or leave it as is, please just stop trying to drag everybody into another flaming war. It's tiresome and not needed.
