How much do these bootlegs cost?

i forgot that they released the defensor ko's at the dollar store too, im hoping they release some menesor ko's in the stores soon

they are usally around $6- $7

Here in China they cost anywhere from 2$ to 5$

I have a red Defensor KO and I think I like it better (makes more sense for a fire engine). I got it at National Wholesale Liquidators. I also got KO Devastator (yellow and black), and Superion (correct colors). They had other KO transforming, non TF robots. As a matter of fact, I'm goin back there tomorow to see if they have any others. I'm dyin for a Computron and Bruticus...but not a likely find.

It seems as far as anyone knows, there is no KO of Scattershot, but the other four Technobots do exist in KO form...

Those 'oversized' KOs sound like right-sized ones to me.

 

I always felt the G1s we got in the US were too small. Break Down was a Lambo and should have been the same size as Sunstreaker and Sideswipe. Air Raid was the same F-15 as Starscream and the gang, so he should have been that size. Then, natch, they all scale up and you end up with a better overal experience with your gestault giant.

 

I'm gonna have to try to find thee for our collection.

I've been less than impressed by most of the toys in Galaxy Force, and decided to start taking advantage of the multitude of TF bootlegs available here in the Philippines and start a collection of them.

 

And since a lot of these bootlegs rarely make it outside of Asia, I've decided to to start a thread to showcase the ingenuity of China's masters of imitation.

 

First off, a bootleg Robotmasters G1 Convoy.

 

 

The difference between the original and the fake are no faction symbols, a silver gun, no paint apps on the arms and headlights, no line in the middle of the grill abs and the axe is a hand held weapon instead of replacing the hand. This one has electronics, w/c is just an LED powered by a LR44 battery. I don't have the original so I'm not sure if it's bigger. He's taller than Supercon Armada Prime though.
