Transfandom member John Dillinga has emailed Hasbro regarding the status of the G1 Reissue line. Their response was that while the line is not cancelled it has unforunetly been placed on "hiatus". Does this mean the end of reissues for the forseeable future or just a small rest? Find out by checking out Hasbro's full response over at Transfandom here. *sniff* I thought this day would never come :tflaugh1

They've said the same thing about gi joe

also on Hiatus

Hiatus often means "dead", but with the Takara reissues still alive and kicking I couldn't care less. I'm more concerned with the Universe line.

Well, the review of Frostbite in the TFCC April newsletter refers to Frostbite as "one of the last deluxe figures to be released in the Transformers Univere line"

So, whether or not that means precisely that, or they meant that it's one of the most recent, has yet to be seen.

I love it when sites work together.

*gets BG a cold one*
