I will always be GeeWun for me.

G1

Didn't really enjoy any of the series after it. Especially the Armada/Energon story. :puke

I actually thought a lot of G1 has aged better than i was expecting, at times parts still look pretty good, animation wise. Story-wise G1 was mostly good old fashioned "good vs evil" action.

RID was fun in a silly sort of way but it was good to see "Decepticons" return rather than just "Predacons".

Beastwars was cool, but certain things irritated in the episodes i saw, i never cared for the alien race that seemed considerably more powerful than the transformers, nor that they seemed to use "energon" as a lethal substance rather than the end result of processing Earths resources, nor that their Megatron was able to blast and kill Optimus Prime in the face with one shot ( lets face it the G1 guys were titans compared to their Beastwars decendents, who were not much larger than humans ). My gripes aside, i enjoyed most of what i saw in the show, and i liked Tarantulas's plots for his own gain after behaving like Megatrons right hand early on.

As for the other shows i'm not fussed.

I also prefered the G1 voice acting.

G1 with Beast Wars coming in a very close 2nd.

BW is by far my favorite show. With G1/G2 a close second.

G1/G2 is my favorite overall in story, characters, comics, and such.

But this is about favorite show...that is Beast Wars. It is that for the great writing and character development and every other thing mentioned here.

I'm not a big fan of BM, for multiple reasons, but I do like what they tried to do and I like the overall quality of it.

I like RID/Car Robots for it's humor and the fact it makes fun of itself.

I prefer to ignore Armada's show. Energon/Super-Link is ok, not great.

G1 naturally, since I own it on DVD... Armada was horrible and Energon was so-so. But teh original rockz :tfgrin

I like Beast Wars now, but I still like watching G1 now and again. I usually watch it Sat. mornings w/ my daughter...

Beast Machines owns any other TF series ever, even Beast Wars. It was so refreshing to have a bad guy who wasn't a "mwahaha" bad guy, and a good guy who wasn't always right. Plus, the show made you think.

However, the #1 reason why Beast Machines PWNS:

No. Humans. :thumb

Just pre-humans...
