It will be a continuation here. The destruction of Unicron left a black hole and the only thing for Optimus Prime and the Autobots to do is to find and retreve the various planet keys in order to transform Cybertron into a large Transformer who is the only one who can seal the black hole.

I wonder how that will work with the translation and everything.

G1 was before my time (but I saw the movie and a few episodes, and they were great), I didn't even know there WAS a G2, RID and Armada cartoons were the suxxorz, Energon was decent, but Beast Wars was the best IMO (which is starnge, because I hate beastformers). It had a good story, well developed characters, kiddy-ish humour, lots of action, no annoying animated humans, and a cool mouth-to-faceplate thing for Prime. :thumb

BW was the best, followed closely by BM

what can i say...im a sucker for a good storyline and a plot that doesnt involve kids AND isnt a 30 min long commercial

The G2 comic was the best TF story line ever, but the best show was Beast Wars followed by Beast Machines.

I voted BW for reasons stated above, and RiD was a very close second.

i loved robots in disguise, just the right blend oh humor and good ol' robot fighting, i just wish they would have made a sequel.

p.s- the toys rocked too!

Call me an old fart if you must, I strongly advise against it though, but I had to go with G1. You can't beat Frank Wellker and Peter Cullen for voicing Megs and Optimus Prime. :tflaugh

Where's the box to vote for teh GoBots? :tflaugh

On topic I may finally be able to obtain some insight into the world of Beastwars/Machines. I was in Zellers today insearch of the already nonexistant Teen Titans dvd and with no luck whatsoever I came across one remaining dvd copy of the Beast Machines dvd in the cheepie bin. I bought it imediately though thats something I probably wouldn't have done three months ago. (has Optimal Madhammer to thank for that) Hopefully I can get around to watching this tomorrow after work, and see how well it compares to everything else TF based.

I voted RID: mainly because this was the show that brought me back to transformers, actually Car Robots (jap version of RID) to be precise. As an anime fan and transformer fan, and hearing of Transformers: Car Robots, I gave that a try. Lo and behold, I loved the show especially Fire Convoy, finally seeing a revamped prime/covoy. After that i gave Beast wars a try, liked that too, hated Beast Machines though. I'm not into techno-organic blah bah. Armada (never watched Micron Legend) was ok, Superlink was great! and im loving Galaxy Force! TF2000:Car Robots is what started my actual TF collection, have all of RID, then Armada and Superlink, then started collecting G1 stuff and takara collections recently this year lol!
