I would but from what i here Ken has been out of action for awhile.  Guess the guys jsut been getting hit with major health problems lately.

I have heard the same thing and that is definitely too bad. He did top quality pieces for very good prices.

My newest piece, a G1 Reflector that is almost complete and is in fantastic condition (missing only one missile I think). All it needed was a few minutes of dusting to make it shine.

 

I am very happy w/ this one, it is in great shape and was very cheap.

 

Plus, it also fills in the space on my G1 '86 shelf even better than Scattershot.

 

Now all I am missing for '86 is Gnaw (which for some reason is crazy expensive on ebay right now, literally 2x as much as 6-8 months ago when I started looking).

Does Reflector turn into 3 bots like in the show and if so are they all the same size?

Yep, 3 different bots all the same size combine to form Reflector. But unlike on the show, they don't look alike.

He's here!!! He's here!!! And in even better condition than I had hoped. Some of the whitest plastic I have ever seen on a TF. Now I just need to set up my old display cabinet again and fill'er up.

FORTRESS MAXIMUS!!!!!!!!

Here we go...

 

Fortress Maximus has replaced Brave Max in the main display cabinet.

 

I will post some up close pics tomorrow probably (actually probably not, it is by birthday), but I really want to show off in what fantastic shape this is in.

 

The color is magnificent and the stickers are all in great shape. The only problem is that 2 of the stickers were put in the wrong place (inside the feet instead of on top of the calves), but otherwise, everything is almost perfect.

 

I am very happy w/ this buy.

Now, seeing how I actually like Brave Max more than I like Fort Max (which we all know is honestly a better find though, hence the place of honor), there was no way I was going hide my Brave Max in a closet.

 

So, what I did was to drag out the old display cabinet that was "customized" to fit Brave Max.

 

I have gotten numerous compliments on this one, so I don't mind one bit bringing it out of retirement. Plus, if I do say so myself, it fits almost perfectly next to the main cabinet, and it allows me to properly display Unicron (and the upcoming Primus) properly.

 

I will be filling the old cabinet again over the next few days (I have lots of TFs still in storage), so check back for more pics.

 

EDIT: I just thought I would mention that I would love to display Brave Max in city mode. I am of the opinion that if you have a recolor, that one should be in bot and the other in alt mode, but that doesn't always work out. I cannot find a cabinet big enough to fit him in city mode.
