I FINALLY got all the E. Combiners tonight (had Superion already). I think they look great! Although I would have liked to have seen the fourth one.

 

What is your thoughts, those of you who have them?

Last week I bought all three sets. ( I live in Japan.) Bruticus is easily the best. (Best individual bots, best individual vehicles, best combined form). Superion's jets are cool as individual toys but not that great together in combined form (hands?).

 

Buildron is the most unique looking, but Bruticus looks better in my opinion.

i like superion the most. His combined mode is great, my only gripe is the popping chest plate, but i dont mind that, out of all of them, superion imo looks the best ^_^ with bruticus 2nd and buildtron 3rd. the 4th one is the same as superion, of course we never knew his name in the anime >

Yeah, Superion's my fave too. Sure, he doesn't have hands, and the chest popping thing pisses me off, but they're great individual bots AND the combined mode is still great. :P

i have superion and i like each bot on thier own but i think thier combined mode suffers. bruticus looks gr8 plus he seems to have more articulation if you mistransform some parts. buildron looks the best IMO but the alts modes look a little weeker then the others

Really like all three, but I think buildtron is the best looking with Bruticus a close second.

Bruticus is the best easily, with Buildtron in second. Superion really does nothing for me.

Why would you not buy the Japanese ones? I know for most people it is a money issue but IIRC you could get all 5 of these pieces from local TRU for about $69.95 CAD. Wallmart for about $54.99 CAD (if you are VERY lucky!) or you could buy the Japanese sets for $74.99 CAD. So for $5 more than TRU you could have got the whole set and saved all that mony on driving around AND enjoy all the parts for the figure at one time.

 

Just my obsverations.

 

Superion - lame. Did not like it at all. Individual modes are OK, much better than the combined mode.

 

Construction Maximus - Not bad. Looked good but no real elbow to the arms.

 

Bruticus - very good. Liked the individual modes and the combined modes.
