sum1 made Prowl from RiD as a Corvette and it was just a perfect fit.

actually, i was thinking how easy that prowl would be, except for the head. it would be pretty sweet, too. i think that was just a digibash someone did for thier sig.

i'm pretty sure that jetfire will never be made as an alt, btw.

or megatron, or arcee, or the seekers unless that rumor about jets is true, but i'm not holding my breath on that one.

I was in the same position a while back where I had many grandiose schemes of how to kitbash some alts but then chickened out on them for the most part due to fear of them then being released as official versions. I would go for some more obscure characters like targetmasters (such as sureshot, no offence!) or throttlebots which have a dire chance of being made in the near future.

I would hesitate to go as far as using micromasters for concepts. Then again, if you were to go ahead and make some of the more porular TFs there's a good chance that if the official version is released you can always rechristen your custom after one of the micromasters - there's about 100 of them in total.

I'm currently halfway through an s2000 arcee if that catches your interest. Will put pics up soon and hopefully it will come out as I hoped. My opinions for the current molds are as follows, Good luck.

Meister = nightbeat

Windcharger = arcee, blurr, rumble, frenzy

Swindle = outback, trailbreaker, hoist

Grimlock = bludgeon, motormaster, springer

Tracks = hot rod, wheeljack

I did a prowl from Tracks once and I just sold my stepper on Ebay I made from Jazz. Made a slight change to his exterior. He was black with gold racing stripes down the middle. I have also done red alert from deadend with sideswipes head and sunstreaker from sideswipe with dead ends head. Couple pics of them:
