So I won a TRU UM but when he got here everything was in a baggy. I know where the chest shield goes, but what is under it, the large firsts? Where do the small hands, gun, rocket launchers, and helmet go? Did the missiles come loose? Were they stored in a bag underneath? Which is missing, along with the instruction manual and used sticker sheet. I've got to start reading these auctions more than once. :tdown

If you did and your question is where everything is stored? or where the different parts go in either mode? I'm sure if you checked out those pics in the link, it should answer either of those questions.

If your question is where parts go... the 'cab-connector' which also doubles as his 'belt' in Ultra robot mode goes underneath and attaches to the two pins that the white cab attaches to in Ultra robot mode. Also I usually put his missle launchers onto the front of the trailer (there'll be a pin sicking out from what would be his shoulders in Ultra bot mode and there are holes in the back of the launchers) This is not shown in the pic they have of him in his car carrier mode.

Meh, it's things like that that make me nervous about buying pre-owned Transformers.. if I'm expecting it to come complete anyway. How much did you pay for it?

Well, UM isn't rocket science.. -sorry, I'm being synical, I'll stop-.. A lot of that stuff you're going to have to keep in a baggy or someplace you won't loose it. Thats what I did. Because he comes with extra peices.. well, mine did. Pretty sure yours does if it's a TRU ReIssue. It depends what mode you want him in. The most space friendly is the combined form.. also keeps the parts together, so I would recommend that. I kept the little 'prime fists' inside the cab. The extra missles and launchers I wasn't sure what to do with. As well as the gun.

 

Kind of what I liked about Beastwars.. you didn't have to worry about loosing peices unless you were careless.

 

For the record, my TRU did come with a little baggie of parts. thats the way it was packaged. No worries there. :thumb

were u talkin about the insert the loose parts go? or when its in alt truck mode where does loose parts go? (cuz I think they dont really go anywhere in alt truck mode...) kinda like the gestalts accessories. they only show up when u need em...???

NO NO NO. Let me restate. I thought I was buying one Mint in box with all packing included. It came with everything, 2 small fists, 2 large fists, 2 belts, 4 missles, helmet, 2 rocket launchers and one gun. NO instruction manual and no Used sticker sheet. I kick my self for not seeing that one I wouldn't had bid on it if i knew the stickers had been applied. I have all but 3 of the reissues and I keep them misb. My question was, when Um is in the packing, where do his parts go. I know how to transform him, not the question. Both belts are put in place, shield goes in the first hole, but what goes underneath it? Was everything else kept in a plastic bag under or behind the plastic? I'm sorry if my question was confusing. I'm just trying to figure out how to put things the way they'd be if I had just opend the box.
