Hell yeah! That's the single best episode and death in Transformers of all time!

The great Optimus Prime can die, but his death cannot match that of Dinobot's.

Actually it's "Code of Hero." Not "Code of a Hero." :tftongue

Yes, Dinobot's death was far more tradgic than OP's.

And for X-Bob:

You lived like a warrior ans died to an hero.

:pfx 100%

Code of Hero is easily my favorite episode of the entire TF saga.

Dinobots death blows Optimus' death away. Dinobot died an absolute hero, saving the people in the valley an all of human kind. Prime died because he, sharpshooter as he is, didn't have the guts to shoot Megatron when he had the chance (or was foolish enough to believe for a second, after millions of years fighting, that Megatron was willing to surrender).

When I see Code of Hero, and I see Dinobot die, I still feel moved. It is an absolute great episode and Dinobots death is so extremely handled.

(I heard that in Japan they let Dinobot live. Shame, it weakens the episode.)

definately one of the best tf episodes to date,........but what the hell is wrong with you people knocking the toy line.

1.

the toys were made first and Main Frame scanned them into there software, so any inconsistancies were purely Main Frames fault.

2.

the figures stored all of their weapons inside of their alternate forms.......they didn't appear out of "no where". can you say the same for your beloved g1?......i don't think so.

3.

they had some increadible articulation and therefore more posability/playability when combared to almost all of their predacessors.

4.

one can argue that with out the beast wars show and its toy line, transformers may have died out.......or at the very least not be as big as it is today.
