Energon Combiners

Recommended Posts

I don't have any complete E. Combiners yet, but from what I have so far, their legs look terrible. Are they too thick to stand up straight, so they've always got their legs spread?

Does This bother anyone else?

The collest one of the legs is probably Sky Shadow...it actually LOOKS like a foot.

It doesn't phase me in the least. I never stand my figures "at attention" when it can be helped at all. Looks boring. A more spread-legged stance looks more natural and dynamic. And it's a helluva lot better than the bow-legged look that all the Scramble City combiners had.

Yeah the legs kinda bother me a little but displaying them in a pose is the best way to deal with it. Although at times they can be a bit of a pain to get in a really good pose that you like then put up on a shelf without something moving or having them just fall over or something so that you have mess with it all over again.

Meh. I like the combiners. The fact that they have no hands bothers me more than their feet. They're still cool though.

buildron have good stable legs. Bruticus tank legs are good, but the copter ones are wobbly. The problem with superion is the wideness, which in turn cause problem with posing

:pfx

Duststorm and Wideload (who picked that name?) are pretty narrow AND excellent stable legs.

Spread-legged is a more heroic, tough look. That's why you usually see superheroes posing like that, look at any comic book.

I'll admit it's really hard to strike ANY pose with the copters as feet.

The wide leg stance really isn't a problem to me, but I do wish they could have figured out a way to spread the hips of the torsos out just a little bit.

It's obvious to me that there are certain Combiner TFs which are meant to be legs, for example the tanks on Bruticus or the non-jet planes on Superion. The only one that confuses me is Buildron.

PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH THE LEGS......

THE PROBLEM IN MY AREA IS TRYING TO FIND THE COMPLETE SETS.

I HAVE YET TO FIND A WIDELOAD ARE BONECRUSHER FOR THE COMPLETION OF MY CONSTRUCTICON MAXIMUS . ALL THE WALL MARTS,TRU'S, TARGETS AROUND HERE ONLY HAVE STEAMHAMMER,DUSTSTORM AND SLEDGE. I HAVN'T EVEN SEEN B.CRUSHER AND W. LOAD ON EBAY. ALSO WINDRAZOR AND TERRERDIVE ARE NOT IN THESE SAME STORES YET THE OTHER THREE ARE. I,M ASSUMING THAT THEY JUST HAVN'T HIT THE SHELVES YET
