You can do just about anything with the decal kit. If you buy the right one. I mean the kit that allows you to import outside pics into the program. The first one I bought didn`t do that. So i had to get another one. Be cautious and do your research. Funny though, I just stuck this symbol on. I got a bunch of Autobot and Decepticon faction symbols from reprolabels.

The head for Deadend was actually quite simple. It`s Sideswipes head with those upright ear/fins cut off along with custom visor and mouth plate made from very thin styrene. If you don`t have any styrene you could probably produce them from photo paper or even a postcard, shape/cut to your liking and just paint it with the respective colors.

Not sure I'm loving the yellow with red details in robot mode, but I'm not sure what else might work better. Still, without a doubt some excellent work on your part.
