a lot of people I'ev seen try way to hard to put a crap load of detail in to things and they come out looking like crap.

oh and the crome is a nice touch

It looks really great, but on that vast grey and orange landscape I would add a little detail using a paint covered toothpick or needle, and just highlight some of those fantastic designs in the platic, similar to Enerdcron's green highlights. Yellow on orange, and white on grey would keep the look uniform still, but would bring out those details making him seem more gigantic and planetary.

with the ultra fine tip from sharpie u should outline the tiny details gundam style to really bring out the detail! (you'd probably go through about 5/6 pens detailing this!)
