I still need a few TRU reissue bots, Energon Landquake, Omega and Sentinel, and Galvatron. Plus the other limbs to CM and SM. Bruticus, Grimlock, Swoop. Also the Landfill repaint. I haven't got Alt Tracks, Grimlock, Meister, or Dead End. I need to complete my Spychanges sets and find the other pieces to Universe Devastator and Defensor. I need Universe Swerve and the little jets. Don't get me started on Japanese issues and Beast Wars. I know this is the best time to be a collector of TFs but it's also the worst time to have a job that you love that doesn't pay very well.

 

GF Prime does look like fun though :thumb

I'm kind of hoping they ditch that yellow on his head and go with a grey for the Hasbro release. I never was a fan of too much yellow on anything. Remember when they were going to put the yellow all over MP OP's head? That's kind of what this looks like to me.

He does look really cool, but I'm still having a hard time with his "anime-former" look. Maybe I'll feel differently about it once I see it in person.

Yeah its kinda hard. We just had a baby This past Dec. 14. He's my best Action figure ever!! Lolz!!

 

Atleast I know I have lots of Transformers to pass on to my little tyke when he grows up. The question is..when to give it to him. I think of it this way...when it comes to getting him toys when he's older I'll just give him one of mine every two months. (I do keep the boxes)

 

And its not just a piece of plastic your giving him..its your passion. I hope he grows up just like me!! :thumb

Its from Gao Gai Gar..Its composed of some vehicles..im not sure what. I like it too, but I dont want to start collecting another line... :roll

Ho ho yeah, I can't wait for my GFs to arrive later this week, especially Prime as he looks frickin' awesome! Great review and pics!

 

One thing though, you sound disappointed that's he's not as big as MP Prime, well, why's that an issue? I wouldn't expect GF Prime to be, or any other transformer. But nice of comparison shots to see what his size trully is.

Yeah, I know about that. I've got a four year old boy of my own and live with and take care of up to 10 girls, ages 4-12.

 

Back to Prime and GF. Here's hoping they will not recolor every new mold. I haven't done the research but I *think* Energon has had fewer repaints/remolds than Armada. If true, maybe this is a sign of things to come :thumb
