Sure you can - just make up a reason for it being defective.

 

 

Just don't tell them you're returning it out of spite. Spite is not a valid reason for returning an item.

Fake Excuses:

1.Parts breaking off constantly (limbs,weapons,etc.)

2.Too complicated to transform back and forth

3.You believe it has parts that are choking hazard's to your kids

4.Broke right out of the packaging

well yeah his leg kept popping off, so i complained about crappy quality control...
