plus now all the stuff about windcharger can be removed as we know his body is hijacked by wildrider

Which "new stuff about Windcharger"?

Plus, we don't know Wildrider's story yet.

about not knowing wether to call the binaltech overdrive by the hasbro name

I never had that in the actual summary to begin with?!?

I stopped trying to fit this into the actual G1 continuity when I heard the first part. I look at it as a new twist on the old story. There is no other way to look at it as any thing else besides an alternate reality. I thought that was one of the reasons why Hasbro named them Alternators. Not only are they cars but alternate forms of the originals.  Like dreamwave's transformers. They didn't reinvent the wheel they just picked up from the current period in actual time and created their own stories.

G1 ended for me after the after Optimus' death any way. I look at this new story as a way to take all the crap during and after the movie and throw it out the window to make way for a new more relevent G1 history. We arent as advanced as they thought we would be by now any way. We dont have flying Jetson cars, Hoverboards nifty white future clothes(worn by Spike and Daniel) or a cure for AIDS. It's time to move on and forget about the cartoon.......after season 2 that is.

Well, in some way, it's still G1: G1 happen, then the movie and Blot happens, then season 3 and 4, then much later Beast War, then because of ravage back in time, it's binaltech in a new timeline.

So it fit in G1 seeing as what happen in binaltech can't happen without the G1 backround.

Do you think at the end of BT everything is going to go back to normal like BT never happened or will history be forever changed? When I say that I mean do you think every one will lose their upgrades and stuff like Wheeljack and Optimus still being killed still will happen. regardless of this untold story in Transformers history.

Bineltech is in the G1 Cartoon Contuity

I know that's alledgedly the case but that still doesn't answer my question. + the writer could change his mind at any moment since he has free range of what he wants to write.

Well, no one know for sure how it will end, but, what I know is, G1 has already happened: deceticon won the war, Optimus died, Unicron attacked, Rodimus took control... then Beast war happened with time travel and only then, Ravage changed time. But G1 hasn't ceesed to exist, and has still an impact on the current event (i.e. the acts of Ravage and the images showed by ravage to Wheeljack)

From that point of view, Binaltech isn't a new storyline anhilling the event of G1 and the movie, but a, in a twisted, acontinuation of the story. Almost the following of Beast Wars.
