Yes, but all sparks look the same. For all we know Taz-bot could be right. What if the spark the Op Op put back was instead of G1 Megs spark, it was rather G1 Megs spark. It's possible but unlikely. Because if it was G1 Megs spark in there, he would have acted totally different than he did in BM, which was very much like BW Megs. So it's unlikely, but still possible to be true, just not detectable.

So I guess we`ve figured it out Vector Sigma aka. the Oracle used the DNA from BW Dinobot to make the BM Dinobots and the original G1 Dinobots as well as the RID Dinobots. So therefore we have discovered that al though he was created in the future BW Dinobot begat all other Dinobots as his DNA was reformated over the centuries into all his heirs. They may not have gotten his intelligence but they all received his courage. No matter what the theories it just keeps coming back to this similar thought through out the entire debate.

The G1 bots were made by Wheeljack and Ratchet, not Vector Sigma.

No, no I meant their sparks not their bodies after all VS has influenced so much in the TF world.

They used the Dinosaur fossils as the basis for the Dinobots. They also created the Dinobots' "brains" too.

True EM but they needed sparks in order to function it`s not like they had extras just lieing around they had to be brought forth from the matrix and so VS alowed Dinobots spark to be put into the Dinobots.

yeah, but Im sticking with the comic basis for the Dinobots here, in they were around, before Optimus became Prime, way back when.

 

IF ANY combonation of the 2 are in affect, show and comic, then the TV Dinobots, were merely rebuilding bodies, for the pre-existing sparks, of the Dynobots, as they were on cybertron. Only, the tech was primitive, and they were very stupid for a while.

 

It happens. Look at Transmutate. She was all wonky too. And for all we know, that was Elita-1 or Menerva, or somebody before. Tis in the realm of possibility.

Not all protoformsw were brans new, or blanks. Look at Rampage, and Silverbolt "remembering" his name, for starters.
