Would Starscream have made a good leader? Thats a very good question. Starscream was a crafty Decepticon who would stupe to any level to get the power from Megatron. He craved it so bad that at times he made dumb ass mistakes that not only cost him but at times the Decepticons as well. Megatron could never turn his back on Starscream and its amazong that Megatron kept him around as long as he did. I think the reason for Megatron keeping Starscream around is that when the Decepticons lost a major battle Megatron placed the blame on Starscream. Starscream was a walk behinder, he carried Magatrons bags. He could have been a good leader had he not wanted to be THE MAN all the time. Wanting to be leader so bad clouded his reason and his judgement which made him make mistakes. So bottom line is would I think Starscream have been a good Decepticon leader? The answer is no. To be a leader you have to be strong, courageous, and willing to think things out. Starscream had none of those qualities. Did Megatron? At times no but he was a war veteran and knew the ropes and most importantly knew what it took to be a leader.

I think perhaps Armada Starscream would make a better job of it.
