I'll be replacing the gun hand (sacrilege, I know, but I like my robots symmetrical!) with something else, or I'll give him two gun hands. Otherwise, bring him on!

Two gun hands?? I take it your version would not be the most dextrous transformer ever lol. I quite like the gun hand though think it would better if he had a detachable hand/gun hand, sure they could store it somewhere in the car.

Plus that'd be one heck of a kitbash. Notice how it's not the same car mold as Meister.

That, the rich perfect blue, the blaster hand in vehicle mode and the perfectly molded head, what's to make any one think it's a bash

One thing: That particular version of the car isn't to be released in the USA (it's not street legal here, IIRC), but the toy has the steering column on the left hand side. Makes me wonder, at least. Maybe I'm just trying not to get my hopes up though. :nuts

I can't wait to get this - and I can't imagine it won't be released in the US - that would be folly on Hasbro's part, especially when you consider how well Energon Shockblast has sold.

 

I never would have imagined Shockwave as an Alternator....but I'm thrilled beyond belief. :drool

I guess its time for me to own up. it's a kitbash done by your's truly. My best work yet. Obviously not good enough since there are some people doubting the authenticity. Oh well, at least some fool is willing to pay $150+ for it on ebay. Easy money, lol. Seriously though, if this IS a kitbash its a very professionally done one. That head is not from any existing shockwave/shockblast toy. If its a scratch sculpt one, its very very well done.
