MTV has published first looks at the Predaking and Bruticus, the first two sets in the Transformers KRE-O Micro Changers line that Hasbro plans to officially announce this week at San Diego Comic Con 2012. The Micro Changers line are KREON sized figures with robot and alternate modes as well as combiners! A preview wave of six Micro Changers will hit stores in late summer 2012 for $2.99 with new figures in 2013. The combiner sets will launch spring of next year, with two additional as-of-yet-revealed sets in addition to Predaking and Bruticus for $10.99 each. Read the Full News Story Here

incredible!

Want!

Know those big scary smiling faces from the Soundgarden Black Hole Sun video? I'm like doing that.

And just when my interest in Kreos was fading, you go and do something like this... AND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF!

Completely and utterly stupid, these will legos will hangout with the rest of the Kreo's on the clearance shelves

Completely stupid

I'm fully aware that these are simple things, but come on, these aren't really transforming Transformers. Make some real Kre-O kits that transform, then I'll be excited.

Kinda making me think of Micronaught/Microman figures with the transformation styles. SO EXCITED.

These are equally 50/50 Awesome/Weird. Since I love TF Combiners, these are all a must buy. I find it strange the kre-o's themselves will now be able to transform & help form the gestalt mode. I might have preffered everything be built out of the legos/whatever. instead of involving the mini-mates/kreo's

I would have actually preferred generations combiners. either 4 basic sized limbs & one deluxe core leader. or 4 deluxe limbs & one voyager core leader.

Hopefully we get kreo/kreon's combiners & more generations combiners.

They don't really transform. You just bend the legs, add a few extra parts, and then you have the alt-mode. The combined modes appear to be form in a similar manner.
