That packaging plastic is a neat idea, too bad i dont have any lyring around, and dont plan on buying any figures for a while. I'm keeping all the screws too, cause i'm using parts from both deadend and sideswipe, so whatever pieces are left are gonna be put back together and possibly painted as sunstreaker.

Buy one of the more classic characters from the Marvel Legends line they look good on display my son has almost every one up through series 5. And it sounds like your going to do a Red alert using the Dead end body w/ Side swipe`s head and Sun streaker using Dead end`s head and Side swipe`s body. That is actually a future project that I am planning as well.

Nope, no red alert. Actually i'm only using a few pieces i need from both alts, and a model kit for the car body (s'why i want styrene, so i can build whatever other pieces i need). Not saying who it will be or what car quite yet, cause i want it to be a surprise once i finish it. Just something i had an idea for based loosely on a digibash i saw a while back.

As for buying an ml, i'm kinda outta the collecting thing for now, all my tfs and ml and everythin else are packed away in my closets, cept for for a small display consisting on mp convoy, my 3 remaining alts, and an soc evangelion.

A friend of mine at work said that a product called magisculpt is at a website called taxidermy.com. It`s like plastic when it dries or so he says I can`t say for sure but I`ll let you know when I get some. Also I found out that styrene is able to be found at most hobby shops.

I recently read a thread asking what skulpy is good for. Personally I have no use for it but what you can do is sculpt what you want and if you know how to (sorry to say that I do not) you can make molds of what you`ve sculpted out of rubber and fill them with resin. This alows you to make copies of your work to sell.

For sculpting/modifying parts, at least small stuff, i use Tamiya Epoxy putty...cant remember the full complete name, but oddly enough i found it at the local comic shop. Works pretty well.

Another good product to use if you can find it is testors contour putty. It hardens just like plastic and sticks to the model kits. When I was younger my lil bro melted the face on one of my figs w/ glow in the dark eyes by leaving it on a light bulb I "fixed" it later by using the contour putty for his new face. I`d post a pic but I don`t have it any more.
