Atleast give us Devastator or the Seekers, and while we are at it, get rid of bulkhead and bring in Ironhide as a southern Georgian redneck!

I love this Bulkhead. And I also love several concepts they're exploring, such as a Decepticon that likes drag racing, and the whole "convoy" episode...

 

Bulkhead is a perfect spokesman for Jenny Craig :P

Incidentally, are the Eradicons triple-changers? I thought they were more like the clones from G1 with similiar robot modes but different alt modes.

You are correct. Take a look at the Eradicons from Darkness rising These turn into the "Cars." ( Notice the tires on the shoulder and legs )

 

 

Now take a look at these Eradicons from "Convoy," the one that turn into "jets." ( Notice the wings on the shoulders. )

 

 

So yeah, like the G1 clones. Simular ( but not exact ) robot mode, that turn into completely different vehicles. ( Another reason I love this show. :D )

That's the last episode I caught. The rest are on the DVR. Adam Balwin is awesome. Love him since Firefly. I can't wait for more Brakedown!

Fans love the idea of any TF toon. This one is just another. I'm not fond of the 5 core+cameo appearances format that is so popular as-of-lates. G1 was able to juggle 20 plus distinct characters weekly. Prime has developed a disposable character approach that is neglecting any connection fans can develop for the peripherals. G.I.JOE as well.

I do hope they add more permanent character to the roster but that has it's own problems. Having recently watched the first couple seasons of G1 again with my boy's I'd find myself wondering after 5 episodes "What's Perceptor up to?" or " Where did Beachcomber go?". There's a lot of untold tales from G1..

I mean, come on already. Like Hasbro doesn't have toy sales on its mind every time pencil goes to paper and a new character design is crafted....
