Ok, so I went to Walmart Yesterday, and you know what I saw? Some of the old Universe/Cybertron figures are in restock. Backstop for example:

 

 

The pic shown is how the original Universe/Cybertron Backstop was sold, the one I saw a Walmart however, had only one minor difference, and that is that the one at Walmart had the Shiny "25 years 1984-2009" logo on the top right cornor as shown with This Universe Starscram:

(I did not see Starscream there. :( )

 

Anyone else notice this at some local Walmarts, or did I find some older figures that some idiot returned? :P

Hasbro shipped some older Universe figures to Wal-Mart to be sold at a discounted rate (Think it was around $4 or so). Probably for use as Stocking Stuffer items.

I've seen those Uni figures going for $2 on clearance. Happens every year, Walmart finds old backstock and drags it out at clearance.

I remember bringing it up in the Status Updates when I saw em. My Walmart didn't start stocking them till Black Friday. Too bad they didn't have any good figures.

Thats when they showed up, I didn't buy them, because I already have them. And they are $2 now, though the only one out of the four it was Brakedown, Brushguard, Scattorshot, and Backstop. Backstop is the only one still on the shelf and tons of them for $2

Which I am not surprised as it is not a very good mold to begin with
