Thundercracker = Scalpers wet dream?

I don't know why but I'm just predicting him to be a rare figure to find outside Ebay since alot of people need him to finish the set. Which is why I preorder mine already! >D

Pre-ordered min also! :cjdance

Makes me happy I never bought the Wings of Honor Botcon set off of eBay.

This is great news for most of us.

I do wonder though how they'll justify it with the Botcon crowd. With Thrust and Dirge, they can fall back on the defense that the Generations toys use (slightly) different molds than the Botcon ones. But you'd expect Thundercracker to just be the same mold as Starscream/Skywarp/Other Starscream/Acid Storm.

Maybe the justification will just be, "Sorry guys, we screwed up. Turns out people will buy this."

I don't think they will try to justify it to the Botcon crowd, as people have been clamoring for Thundercracker, since Starscream and Skywarp were released way back in the Classics line

I think the only "justifying" will be in the paint scheme.

I dont think they will go with the bot con Thundercrackers "G1" paint scheme.I expect they are going to stylize it a bit like they did with Skywarp and the first Starscream.

Now that they are completing the classic seekers line and adding Wheeljack...can we start clamoring for TRAILBREAKER in the Generations line? He is the last of the classic Autobot cars missing between the homage lines. And the repaint into Hoist is automatic. TRAILBREAKER! TRAILBREAKER! TRAILBREAKER! :)

Well, looks like I was wrong! I just commented the other day in the KO Thundercracker thread that picking him up was a good idea because this figure was never going to happen. Seems like someone at Hasbro finally won the case for the fans - and why not?? I mean, how often does the fandom clamor *FOR* a repaint like this?? They're gonna make a boatload of cash off this guy.

Speechless!
