It looks to me like they put a disguise on the bot's face. They put mustache glasses and a wig on it and are sitting back laughing at us.

thats true, i didn't think about that, they could be just some three random Cons or Bots thrown in the movie to be a team

I was thinking about this the other day and here was the only "Logical" thing I could even remotely think of...

 

My thoughts about 3 figures that are Decepticons [ that are not Stunticons or Omnibots ] that haven't been mentioned and Might actually fit into the color scheme and as a Decepticon in the Bayverse is Reflector? Remember those figures? Just a thought.
