Well all things said here i believe the G1 Unicron offered more to us than we have seen in the "newer" Unicron so far. G1 Unicron was an icon of pure evil. Anightmare for transformers, feared. Those of us who read marvel's Transformers #75 saw the tru power and evil of Unicron, The movie portrayed part of that evil but for lack of screen time we couldn't see more.

 

Armada/energon UNI still hasn't proved he's that powerfull and evil. Shooting a planet is not as impressive as eating a planet with all his inhabitants on it then looking for another, now that's evil.

In Armada Unicron was invincible. THe only reason they beat him was that they destroyed the main part of his brain(Sideways). What is the difference between shooting down planets and eating them? As for being powerful, Armada/Energon Unicron can create a black holes and wipe out solar systems. G1 Unicron can't vaporize planets in one shot. He can only eat them.

A-Unicron ate Cybertron in an alternate dimension, and one of Unicrons puppet's Nemisis Prime devestated countless planets and colected the dead souls for power. Eating souls seams more evil than eating a body.

Unicron's final words at the end of the movie, while he was blowing up and talking about his destiny, were voiced by Leonard Nimoy.

I read in a interview somewere (can't remmeber were some site about Transformers) were Nimoy himself said that this was just a romor and that he did not vioce any lines and Wells died shortly after completion of the vocals.

You're probably right, I was only saying what I've heard on the matter.

 

But G1 comic Unicron still kicks more ass than Armada/Energon. Why, cuz he's a friggin God of Chaos and Darkness. He consumes the sparks of TFs, planets, whatever. If you read stuff like Legacy of Unicron, the Unicron Saga, and other convention originated material, you would see that there's more to him than the screen time that was given in the movie.

Meh, destroying something in one shot is no fun. (well, it can be, but it gets boring after awhile.)

 

G1 Unicron probably got bored with doing that and decided that the semi-slow devouring of planets was much more fun, as their occupants died slower, more painful deaths. Consuming them into the void. Hence...Evil.

Let's talk about Energon Unicron. Ok, I agree with the grunting, but moving slow??? I mean the guy IS a planet. Can you imagine the "space" resistance on that guy? Also, did nothing? Did you people watch the huge face off between Omega Convoy and Unicron? He blew around a dozen planets (Not sure if they were populated, but I'm sure they were) into oblivion JUST to piss off Prime! I mean G1 movie Unicron was somewhat cool, but sorry. Armada and Energon Unicron win this one in my books.

 

PS: Did I mention that Unicron had a huge honking cannon ad an awesome toy?

 

(ok, I know space has a microscopic amount of friction, but in this case, let's say there was. I mean Misha's hair didn't freeze then explode into firey death.)

In the SL special Unicron is much smaller(normal Omega Supream size), he is able to move fast and talk, he even gets splash transformation screem, mabie size has something to do wiith it?

 

ML-Unicron also has MUCH more weponry than G1 Unicron does, He has the..

Chaos Bringer Canon(chest)

Meterite missles(legs)

the bomblike things that he drops from his bellie

the blackhole from his stomach

energy blast from sholder horns,

wing tenticles

glowy hand of death

eye lasers

planet mode claws

Black hole

and all the gun-like detals molded into him

 

what does G1 Unicron have? Eyelasers,fire breath, and Planet mode claws with a giant vacum.
